After processing, delivery usually takes between 4-14 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

At Chillava, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@chillava.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
